The retreat focuses on mindfulness by exploring the dynamics of the energy body according to Human Design in a process-oriented style. You will work with your individual chakra constitution based on an energy body report that will be provided. After the retreat, you will receive guidance and be invited to an online group to continue your transformation with other participants.

⭐️THE FACILITATOR⭐️The retreat is led by Katalina May, an Energy Teacher specialized in guiding people to discover their gifts and life purposes by tuning into their unique energy. Her original program, developed through years of study and practice since 2019, integrates Energy Work, Mindfulness, and Human Design. Most importantly, it stems from her own gifts and purpose.
